Ltd. are to become a leader in our chosen field of Total Management of Ships including Technical Management, Fleet Management, Commercial Management, Shipping Agency and Ship Chandelling. We will establish the quality objectives needed to meet requirements for service realization at relevant functions and levels within the organization
To achieve that therefore:
We will monitor customer satisfaction and will work
to enhance customer satisfaction through customer
feedback, measurement of customer perception, analysis
and implementation of corrective action. We will increase
the customer base by soliciting more customers and
enhanced Quality of Service through focused training.
